Bright Ray makes all the best efforts to provide its services in a professional, ethical & timely manner. This policy refers to the conditions under which Bright Ray may provide refund and the terms & conditions associated with it. Bright Ray will NOT under any other circumstances entertain any requests for refund.


The terms 'You' or 'Your' refer to you as a registered user and the terms 'Bright Ray',  'We' , 'Us', 'Company' and 'Our' refer to Bright Ray Training Research and Consulting Services OPC Private Limited. Registered user means any user who has completed the registration process for receiving any services offered by Bright Ray by the payment of requisite fees.


You will be entitled to invoke this refund policy only if you are a registered user. You can claim refund in the event of any of below events:-

1) Bright Ray cancels your appointment or request for service due to any unavoidable  and unforeseen circumstances.

2) Accounting error where you are charged with excess payment

3) Defect in services where you found the level of services received to be unsatisfactory and the company is able to validate your feedback post investigation. In this case the decision of the company shall be final.

Any other claims other than mentioned above shall not be covered under this policy.

Cutoff date

Any claims should be submitted within 3 days of availing the services after which your claim will NOT be considered for refund.

Refund process

You have to submit your claim for refund as an email from your registered email address to  or by calling our customer care number +91 7306243997 from your registered mobile number. Claims from any other means other than mentioned above will not be entertained. Your claim will be processed within 7 working days and you will be intimated via email or call, once the process is completed.

Cancellation or Reschedule

All our services can be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of appointment. Below refund policy will be applicable incase of cancellation or reschedule.

1) Due to any unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances, If Bright Ray cancels or reschedules your appointment or service of request at any point of time before scheduled time of appointment , you are eligible for 100% refund  or a reschedule of appointment to next available time slot as per your convenience without any additional payment.

2) Cancellation or reschedule before 72 hours of scheduled time of appointment full amount will be refunded after deducting payment gateway fees if any.

3) Cancellation or rescheduling within 72 hours but before 24 hours of scheduled time of appointment , 50 % of the amount will be refunded after deducting payment gateway fees if any.

4) Cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of scheduled time of appointment  are not eligible for any refund (0% refund). Failing to turn up for the scheduled appointment will be considered as cancellation within 24 hours and no amount will be refunded.  If you are running late for a scheduled appointment for more than 10 minutes, the session will be cancelled with no refund allowed.
