Consultations are available in Online and Offline Mode. For online consultations you need an electronic device with video call facility and good internet connectivity for the consultation. For offline session, you need to reach our office 15 minutes before the appointment time.
For all our consultations, medium of communication will be English or Malayalam
You can cancel the appointments 24 hours before your time slot. Refunds will be processed, according to cancellation policy
Corporate employees covered under Employee Counselling Services should not use this platform to book the slot. Please contact your HR manager for the process applicable
We follow Indian Standard Time for all consultations.
